- Does democracy have intrinsic value?
- What role does deliberation play in making democracy a legitimate form of goverance?
- Can democratic principles be extended to the global arean?
- What is the rule of law?
- Is there a tension between democracy and the rule of law?
- Do citizens have a duty to obey the law?
- What are human rights?
