Organizational Leadership Program

Designed for regional managers and state office staff. (This program is available to the state vocational rehabilitation agencies of Region IV: Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee)

The Organizational Leadership Program is a developmental experience for vocational rehabilitation’s current and future top leaders. Participants will delve into the issues impacting their leadership, today and in the future.

Suggested Format: Three (three-day) sessions over the course of 10-12 months
