Managerial Update for Today’s Workplace

Designed for managers with four or more years of experience. (This program is available to the state vocational rehabilitation agencies of Region IV: Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee)

The Managerial Update for Today’s Workplace tackles the management challenges of today’s workscape. Exemplary organizational performance depends on effective leadership and management. In this Update, experienced managers will reassess their perspective of leadership and strengthen skills in managing today’s workplace. Participants will attend two three-day sessions.

Suggested format:
Three 3-day sessions over a period of 10 – 12 months
