Supervisory Skills Modules

The Program for Rehabilitation Leadership offers individual workshops for targeted audiences within state vocational rehabilitation agencies. These workshops can be for tailored around an in-tact work unit or a larger gathering of state staff.

Many of these modules are offered in the Regional Institute for New Supervisors. Other of these modules have been created to meet the needs of emerging leaders as well as the needs of state program administrators.

These modules are available in an infinite variety of combinations and formats. The customer’s needs and intended outcome of training drive the ultimate design of all programming.
