PRL Staff
Director, RDCEP for Administration & Management Sally is involved in a variety of training and organizational development activities focusing on supervision, management, and leadership at all levels of management. She manages the long-standing Region IV Institute for New Supervisors. Sally also serves as the Region IV coordinator for the CDER (Consortium for Distance Education in Rehabilitation Counseling) project. As a member of the Region IV Employment Partners Team, she has been involved in training and materials development in the area of building employer relationships, marketing and customer service. Sally holds a M.Ed. in Adult Education and Program Management with an HRD focus. She possesses a strong background in organizational management and leadership, as well as extensive experience in program design and implementation.
Director, CRP-RCEP Chip Kenney was with the Florida Division of Blind Services for 24 years. He was most recently the Chief of the Bureau of Client Services for Florida Blind. He has a Master's Degree in Educational Research and a Bachelor's Degree and other graduate work in Organizational Psychology. He is also a graduate of the National Executive Leadership Institute and has served on an Institute of Rehabilitation Issues. He was a founding member of the Region IV Employment Partners Team.
Instructional Technology Specialist James serves as Instructional Technology Specialist for PRL. He assists in coordinating the technology needs, resources for PRL and conducts training sessions. He serves on the Board of Directors for The Tommy Nobis Center. James has over 15 years experience in advocacy for people with disabilities including over ten years of service on the Statewide Independent Living Council of Georgia. Part of his duties at PRL include acting as a liaison to State Rehab Councils and Centers for Independent Living in Region IV. This includes coordinating training and technical assistance for SRCs and CILs.
Administrative Coordinator Joyce joined us in February of 1998 and handles a multitude of administrative and support functions for all activities of the Program for Rehabilitation Leadership. Joyce is a Certified Professional Secretary.
Senior Education Specialist Maxine joined PRL after completing her Master's degree in Human Resource Development at Georgia State University. Maxine is a Certified Government Meeting planner and also manages the RSA scholars program for students who are pursuing a Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.
