How to Request a SONA Account

  1. Go to
  2. Click “Request an Account” in the bottom left corner.
  3. Read the instructions carefully.
  4. Enter in your account information.
Double-check your email address and your course CRN to make sure they are correct!
  1. Click “Request an Account.”
  2. Check your email for a message from SONA confirming that your account was created.

How to Make an Appointment

  1. Login to SONA
  2. Click on “Study Sign-Up.” All available appointment types/times relevant to your course will be listed here.
  3. Click on the link of the study you are interested in.
  4. Click “View Time Slots for This Study” at the bottom of the page.
  5. Choose your time slot from the list and click “Sign-up”

How to Cancel an Appointment

  1. Login to SONA
  2. Click “My Schedule and Credits”
  3. Review the list of studies you are currently signed up for.
  4. Click “Cancel” to the right of the title of the study.
