  • We are pleased to announce that the Gala Banquet will be held on Friday, July 18th at The Carter Presidential Center.  Prior to dinner, guests will receive a tour of the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum, which includes photographs and historical memorabilia from the Carter presidency (1976 - 1981), an exact replica of the Oval Office, gifts received by the Carters, and a permanent exhibit of significant events occurring during Jimmy Carter’s life and political career.  For more information on Jimmy Carter, his presidency, and work on peace and nonviolence, please see and
  • We are pleased to announce that the recipient of the 2014 John Paul Scott Award will be Dr. L. Rowell Huesmann.  This award recognizes a lifetime or substantial contribution to aggression research and will awarded at the World Meeting.  Dr. Huesmann will deliver the Scott Award Address at the World Meeting.
