Sign up for one or both to make the most of your next triathlon. These two clinics will help develop your sports specific technique, increase your ability to maintain high intensity exercise for a longer period, train you how to manage transitions from one activity to another and teach you race strategy. This clinic will progress in skills to teach you how to best progress in your training while minimizing your risks of overuse injuries. Whether you are competing in sprint distances or iron man triathlons, these two clinics will help both your times and fitness.

Triathlon

Sign up for one or both to make the most of your next Triathalon. These 2 clinics will help you develop your sport specific technique, increase your ability to maintain high intensity exercise for a longer period, train you how to manage transitions from one activity to another and teach you race strategy. This clinic will progress in skills to teach you how to best progress in your training while minimizing your risk of overuse injuries.


Beginning Tennis

Learn the mechanics of a forehand, backhand, volley and serve. Repetition drills will be the emphasis with an introduction into the rules of playing a match.

Intermediate Tennis

Get and opportunity to practice your skills with specific instruction on refining your stroke. More time will be spent on match play including etiquette and strategy.

Beginning Golf

You will learn the basics in stance, grips, club selection, and swing. The
class will also include lecture on understanding courses, cards, scoring, etiquette, and how to play a real round of golf. Meet in the Student Recreation Center for the first three sessions.
Meet at Brown’s Mill Golf Course for the last three sessions. You will be
required to provide your own transportation. Clubs will be provided.

Beginning Racquetball

Learn the sport of racquetball from the ground up! We'll start with the basics- rules, court, positioning, equipment, strokes, and you'll get plenty of great excercise. Later in the semester, you'll move to practice drills, game strategy, shot making and imporving your game.

Beginning Epee Fencing

This class will teach you the fundamentals of one of the world's oldest sports. Score touches on your opponent and defend yourself against your opponent's blade using techniques by the European masters.

This class will teach you the fundamentals of one of the world's oldest sports. Score touches on your opponent and defend yourself against your opponent's blade using techniques of the European masters.
