Yoga for Stress Management

An extra gentle class suitable for students having issues with stress in their lives or students new to exercise and/or yoga. This class is also appropriate for anyone of any fitness level who wishes to focus mostly on the relaxation aspects of yoga. The class will focus on asanas, pranayama (breathwork) and deep relaxation.

Salutations to the Sun

Bow, Greet, Praise. This twice a week 20 minute class will explore this form of moving meditation. While breathing in concert to our movements, we will flow from asana to asana. This can become the basis for a deeper yoga practice, can strengthen your current practice, and is also a great introduction to yoga for beginners. Students will also increase strength, poise and vigorous health.
