Your use of the ICRA Lodge is a privilege. Along with that privilege is a responsibility to keep it clean and neat for the next group. Please help us maintain this beautiful university resource.
The key to the Lodge must be returned to suite 200, Student Recreation Center by the end of the business day following your event or on Monday following a weekend event.

Please be sure that items are checked following your event:
___ All exterior doors locked. They do not automatically lock when closed.
Also, the double doors on the back of the Lodge require one door to be anchored (stationary) and pinned on top and bottom into the doorframe. The other door takes the key. Be sure that both doors are secure.___ All interior lights, oven, and coffee pot in kitchen are turned off. Exterior lights on the front and side of the Lodge are on automatic timers and cannot be manually controlled. Deck lights and ceiling fans must be turned off at switch inside the door of the assembly room.
___ Trash emptied into the dumpster at back of parking lot behind the Lodge. Put new bags into the trashcans that were used. Replacement bags can be found under the kitchen sink or in the Cleaning Closet in the hallway.
___ Floors swept, carpet vacuumed as needed. Check the assembly room storage room or the Cleaning Closet for wet mops, brooms, and vacuum.
___ Audiovisual equipment returned. (This pertains only to groups who have requested use for the overhead projector, TV monitor, VCR,-DVD player, LCD projector or slide projector.)
___ Dishes and utensils washed and returned to proper cabinets. (This pertains only to groups who have requested use and obtained kitchen cabinet keys).
___ Reset all thermostats to 72 degrees year around.
___ Chairs and tables neatly arranged or stored as they were found.
