Fitness Assessments/Starter Training Package:

The two-hour fitness assessment includes an evaluation of cardio-respiratory fitness, strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition.

The results will be explained and a personalized fitness program will be designed based on the goals and objectives of the individual.

The Two one-on-one personal training sessions are included. Each session is 55 minutes and is a great opportunity to put your new program into action.

Starter Package Plus:

Start with the fitness assessment and add six personal training sessions! This is a perfect way to build a strong foundation for your fitness program..

Additional Personal Training:

Purchase one of the packages then add additional personal training sessions to help you reach your goals. The cost below is per additional session. Add as many as you like!

Students- $10 for each session
Other Members- $15 for each session


Cholesterol Screening


Receive results for your total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL and LDL cholesterol levels. Several dates are scheduled each semester. Call the Fitness Center for current dates and to make an appointment

Anaerobic Threshold

This service is for recreational and competitive athletes who want to improve their training and/or performance. Your maximal heart rate and maximal oxygen consumption will be measured on a metabolic cart. A note from your physician is required. Please call the Fitness Center for more details.

Non-members: $135


Nutrition Counseling (See Nutrition Page for services and prices)

Nutrition counseling is available with the registered dietician.
- Learn how to improve your eating patterns
- Learn what you are lacking in your diet
- Learn how to lose weight
The dietician will analyze your diet, develop a meal plan and answer your questions concerning food.
