What is the Challenge Program?
The Challenge Program provides individuals in a group an opportunity to learn by doing. The program fosters problem-solving, leadership and team-building skills that can be transferred to the classroom setting, social organizations or the work environment. No special skills are required to participate in the Challenge Program.
The course experience activates inner resources, increases trust, improves communication and builds self-confidence. The experience is ideal for a club, a team or an office staff that wants to further a spirit of teamwork and group cohesion. Programs are tailored to meet the group’s needs and goals.
Participation is geared to the intensity desired by the group regardless of physical strength, ability, age or size. All safety precautions are addressed so you can take risks and have fun in a supportive atmosphere.
You and your group will be led through a variety of challenges to help you:
- Function better as a team
- Communicate more effectively
- Improve critical thinking
skills
- Build trust in yourself
and others
- Increase self-confidence
- Release stress
- Have fun!
This experience is great for
staff members, clubs, academic classes, sororities, fraternities and
athletic teams!
