You'll learn leadership and management skills. With these practical skills and other hands-on experience, you'll be prepared for a successful career in the Army or corporate world. If you do decide to complete the four-year Army ROTC program, and you've received a scholarship to do so, then you will have a commitment to the Army after graduation. You can fulfill it by either serving part-time in the Army National Guard or Army Reserve, or full time on active duty. Whatever amount of time you spend in Army ROTC, the experience is sure to give you a competitive edge over your peers after graduation.
