The New Army ROTC Scholarship Program

A Golden Opportunity
Two Year, Three Year, and Four Year scholarships are available through the Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps program. These scholarships pay tuition, required university fees, $255 per semester for textbook costs and $200 per month tax-free subsistence allowance when classes are in session. Scholarship recipients will be commissioned as an officer at the rank of Second Lieutenant in the United States Army upon graduation.

How Winners are chosen?
Selection of winners is based on academic record, SAT or ACT test results, school officials' evaluations, extra-curricular, leadership and athletic activities, and a personal interview.

Your Army ROTC Commitment
As a winner of a scholarship, you're required to take ROTC classes, which demands no more than a few hours of your time each week. Upon graduation, you have an obligation to accept a commission and serve full-time for 4years in the Active Army. The Army National Guard and the U.S. Army Reserve also have scholarshipd available.

Army ROTC's Commitment to you!
In addition to helping you meet the escalating cost of going to college, our program provides an experience that successful careers are built on. You'll be given personal, scholastic and professional training no other college course offers. You'll learn how to take charge, how to perform under pressure, and how to lead and inspire others. You'll graduate with the kind of leadership and management skill that employers value. That makes Army ROTC a step in a very smart direction.
