Each Department, having, storing or using hazardous chemicals and/or materials shall on a bi-annual basis supply to the Department of Safety and Risk Management Services, Right to Know Coordinator, a current Chemical Inventory listing of all hazardous chemicals and/or hazardous materials located on/in property controlled or used by the Department on or before May 1st and November 1st of each year.
