The minutes from the April 6, 2009 meeting were approved.

President’s Report -

Ø President Becker commented on the success of GSU Sports Teams.

Ø President Becker said he was touched by the turnout for the State of the University address.

IV. Senate Business

a. Elect Chair – Paul Alberto was re-elected as chair.

b. Reviewed the reports on the triennial administrator evaluations.
