Agenda item:	Kaiser Corporate Run/Walk & Fire Safety Carnival
Summary of Discussion (e.g. key topics, presenter):	The Kaiser Corporate Run/Walk is scheduled for September 10, 2009 and the Fire Safety Carnival is scheduled for September 30, 2009. Kimberly Moore will be participating on the committee.
Action Items:	Please share the dates with faculty, staff and students.

Agenda item:	Benefits Fair 2009
Summary of Discussion (e.g. key topics, presenter):	Donations/prizes for the Fair, Registration, Volunteers, Photographer, Marketing
Action Items:	Anita will send out solicitation letters to committee members for possible donations. Cynthia will contact the person who supplies green cleaning products to see if there is an opportunity for support. Kimberly will contact Communications to do a mock-up and will contact Valerie Ross in reference to involvement from Human Resources this year.
