Agenda item #1:	Kaiser Corporate Run/Walk Thursday, September 10, 2009 7 pm
Summary of Discussion (e.g. key topics, presenter):	The web address is www.kpcoraterunwalk.com and the cost is $25. The Team GSU code is kpgsu (all lowercase).
Action Items:	Please share the dates with faculty, staff and students.

Agenda item #2:	Fire Safety Carnival Wednesday, September 30, 2009 11 am – 2 pm
Summary of Discussion (e.g. key topics, presenter):	Kimberly will be participating on the Fire Safety Carnival committee. The committee is asking for volunteers from Staff Council. The event is open to GSU faculty, students and staff.
Action Items:	Kimberly will send information to Ann Claycombe who will compose an e-mail to go out to GSU staff. Kimberly will ask David about soliciting volunteers from staff council to “man” some of the booths. Volunteers will receive a free shirt.

Agenda item #2:	Day in the Park Wednesday, October 15, 2009 11 am – 2 pm
Summary of Discussion (e.g. key topics, presenter):	Debbie Rupp is looking for teams to volunteer to play volleyball.
Action Items:	Announcement will be made at Staff Council Meeting.

Agenda item:	Benefits Fair 2009 Thursday, October 22, 2009 10 am – 3 pm (Student Center)
Summary of Discussion (e.g. key topics, presenter):
Action Items:	Anita will send out solicitation letters to committee members for possible donations. Cynthia will contact the person who supplies green cleaning products to see if there is an opportunity for support. Kimberly will contact Communications to do a mock-up and will contact Valerie Ross in reference to involvement from Human Resources this year.
