These Statutes provide for the internal governance of Georgia State University, a unit of the University System of Georgia, and are at all times expressly subject to the bylaws and policies of the Board of Regents as contained in a document entitled Policies of the Board of Regents, University System of Georgia. This is an official publication which is continually kept up to date by the insertion of new and/or revised material and copies of which are always retained in the Reference Department of the William Russell Pullen Library, Georgia State University.
