The meeting was called to order at 5:20 PM.

It was agreed the meeting would be condensed as the reception was starting at 6:00 PM.

Minutes of the May 27, 1999 meeting were approved.

The election ballot was distributed and votes were counted. The Officers are: Bill Filtz - Chair; Peggy Inman - Chair Elect; Donna McPherson - Secretary.

The Bylaws committee discussed some changes to the Bylaws. The changes were to be compiled and presented over the GA-STEERERS list.

The meeting was adjourned 6:10 PM.
