ARTICLE VII OATH OF OFFICE AND PROCEDURE

Section 1 Oath of Office

All officers of the SGA shall be sworn in by the President of the SGA or the Chief Justice of the SJB who shall administer the following oath:

I, (name) do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the duties and responsibilities entrusted to me by virtue of office and will to the best of my ability preserve, protect and enforce the Constitution of the Student Government Association of Georgia State University.

Section 2 Procedure

In all matters not specifically provided for in this Constitution, its amendments or the Bylaws of the SGA, the parliamentary authority shall be the latest addition of Robert's Rules of Order
