Student Government Association at Georgia State University

University Senate

As part of the mission of the Student Government Association, ten students are selected by the President of SGA to serve as part of the University Senate, which is the main decision-making body of Georgia State University and is comprised of faculty, staff, and students. Each Student Senator is required to serve on at least one Senate Committee, with all ten members serving on the Student Life and Development Committee.
