6/05/09 - Welcome to Maura Ryan, New Lecturer for Fall 2009
Atlanta, GA (June 5, 2009) - The Department of Sociology would like to welcome Maura Ryan to Georgia State University. Ms. Ryan is joining the department this fall as a lecturer. Her dissertation is called "I Will Rock Some Glitter Like You've Never Seen: Burlesque, Femme Organizations, and the Cultural Politics of the Femme Movement" and will be completed by Summer 2009 at the University of Florida.
