Research and Teaching Interests

My teaching and research agendas reflect my on-going interests in gender and race stratification, social movements, and gender and sexuality. My current research focuses on gender and race inequalities in the housing context. I am specifically interested in housing discrimination, sexual harassment in the housing context, privacy within and around the home, and the meaning of home.
