This document will take you through how to change your password and set up your target email in the Campus Directory.
"A CampusID is a unique identifier - often consisting of a first initial and last name, plus a number if necessary - that helps coordinate between an individuals's different campus roles, such as employee and student, enabling him or her to gain access to certain university applications and electronic resources. For example, employees can use their CampusID to access the Profile Manager to maintain personal electronic profiles."
You will need to your CampusID (and profile manager password) to access your payroll data on easyview.gsu.edu.
Go to: http://campusdirectory.gsu.edu/eGuide/servlet/eGuide and type your last name in the search field (see image 1).

Take a look at "Work Email;". You see that the emaill address is blue and underlined. This means that a target email address has been entered and that if you send a email to this address it will be delivered. In order to set your target email, you will need to log into your Profile Manager. In order to do this, you will need to know both your CampusID (see image 1) and your password.
If you do not know your password, either call the Help Center (404.651.4507 or email them (help@gsu.edu) and request your Profile Manager password be reset.
Once you have a password click on the Profile Manager icon at the top of the page ( http://campusdirectory.gsu.edu/eGuide/servlet/eGuide). See Image 2.

Once you log in, you will have three options (see Image 3). First, change your password! You need to choose a password that will be easy to remember.

Next, click on "Designate Target In-Box". This is where you will enter the email address you want your CampusID address to point to. You can use any email address you want. See Image 4.

Once you have done this, click on "Change Target In-Box" and you will return to the main menu (see Image 3). Log out and you are done!
