Voice Mail
Request new voice mail or change the current service on your University
Here's what you need to do...
  • Contact the Help Center by phone (404-413-4357) or e-mail (help@gsu.edu).
  • Have the following information available:
    • first & last name, office location, phone number, department/college, contact (if other than person making the request)
    • type of phone you're currently using

A Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) representative assigns voice mail (with an accompanying tutorial) to your phone line and sends you a written confirmation (e-mail or fax) that it has been activated.

There is a fee for this service. Please have your departmental credit card available at the time of service.
