What does the program offer?

  • The opportunity to participate in a six-week summer academic program on the campus of a major university.

  • Scientific field trips to locations in the states of Georgia, Alabama, and Florida.

  • A weekly stipend and paid activity fees to use the computer center, sports facilities, library, and other campus venues.

  • Advanced level instruction in the areas of math, science, and language arts.

  • A chance to participate in cutting edge research projects in state-of-the-art facilities.

  • Exposure to role models and mentors from the fields of math, science, and technology.

  • Cultural enrichment activities such as visits to museums, plays, and art exhibits.
