These statistics are presented for the use of students, faculty, staff and prospective students under the requirements of the Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act (Public Law 101-542) of 1990. Your Georgia State University Police Department is proud to report the annual crime statistics as a record reflective of our successes in supporting the community. We are also proud of the fact that we have been reporting these statistics voluntarily for many years prior to the requirements set forth in the Campus Security Act of 1990.
