Username and password problems
Instructors: Your CampusID and password is the same login/password you currently use to access Easyview and Profile Manager.
Students: Your CampusID and password is the same login/password you currently use for GoSOLAR, your official Georgia State e-mail account and the Georgia State computer labs.

I am missing a course on the uLearn page.
If the course you need is not listed on the uLearn page you must contact your instructor and have them add you. In order to add you to the course, your instructor will need your uLearn username. People at the help center can NOT add you to a course, only your instructor can add you to a uLearn course.

I need to remove a course from the uLearn page.
Although you cannot remove courses, you may hide them so you no longer see them when you login. To do this, click the pencil icon in the upper righthand corner of the Course Listing on the uLearn page. Select the courses you no longer wish to view be clicking in the checkbox to the left of the name. Click the Hide button.

I have some general issues and need to do a Browser Tune-up.
Most of the problems people face when using uLearn, including logon problems, can be solved very easily by doing a browser tune-up before trying to logon the first time. This needs to be done once on any non-campus computer you will be using. The following page link will walk you through tuning up your browser.
