What are CSP's and how do I know if I meet
them?
The Robinson College of Business requires their students meet
certain computer requirements before taking courses. These requirements
may be met by taking computer training courses from the University
Educational Technology Services Training Group or other computer
training programs.(Note: If you have a working knowledge of the
required application(s), you do not need to take these courses.)
It is the responsibility of the student to meet these requirements.
For Computer Skills Prerequisites(CSP) definitions and courses
to gain the skills, please see the RCB
CSP Page.

Why did my RCB advisor refer me to your
department (Training)?
In previous semesters, the UETS instructor-led training program
offered classes to meet most all of the CSP requirements. The
standup training courses are being replaced with the new eTraining
program described above. This new program provides students with
training courses that they can take anytime and anywhere they
have access to the Internet. This new delivery system provides
more learning opportunities for students. (See benefits above).

I am a RCB student and I need to take
computer courses to fulfill my CSP requirements. What should I
do?
The courses listed above under the Computer Basics Program
fulfill CSP 1 and CSP 7 requirements. The remaining CSP requirememts
can be met by taking one or more of the eTraining courses listed
above. All of the Microsoft Office classes available from the
eTraining program include Assessments. Taking an assessement is
a good way to test your skill level.
