Students

The Women’s Studies Institute offers students a unique opportunity to pursue a variety of interests related to the study of gender and women’s issues in the social sciences and humanities. Through interdisciplinary study of questions of historical and contemporary concern, students participate in rigorous academic study that prepares them for a number of careers or for further graduate work.

The WSI offers an undergraduate minor and an undergraduate major, with opportunities for internships, in Women’s Studies through the College of Arts and Sciences. At the graduate level, we also offer an M.A. in Women’s Studies.
